The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
The App offers a subscription service, which is managed by Apple or Google, depending on the user's device. Subscription terms and billing are handled by the respective app store platforms.
Users are not allowed to submit content to the App. The App does not provide any feature for user-generated content submission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed separately.
The Developer does not terminate user access to the App under any specific circumstances outlined in this EULA. However, the Developer reserves the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice.
The App’s content is generated by an AI algorithm, which may contain inaccuracies, errors, or false information. Users are advised to use the App with caution and double-check all facts. The Developer forfeits any liability and responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of the information provided by the App. The use of the App is solely at the user’s risk.
This EULA is governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
